Inferno Hot Pilates - 95°

Inferno Hot Pilates es un entrenamiento intenso, de bajo impacto y cuerpo completo, basado en Pilates. Se realiza en un mat de yoga a 95°F y 40% de humedad, fortaleciendo músculos y quemando grasa sin impacto. Apto para todos los niveles.

Yoga Sculpt

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Beginner’s Ashtanga Yoga:

Ashtanga, or the “Eight Limbs,” is a dynamic practice based on a set sequence of postures. In this beginner-friendly 1-hour class, you’ll move through Sun Salutations, standing and balancing poses, and finish with a calming seated sequence. With breath and steady repetition, you’ll build strength, focus, and a moving meditation. Modifications and props make the practice accessible for all levels.

Hot Fusion is a unique blend of bikram and hatha inspired yoga. A comprehensive sequence designed to detoxify and restore the mind and body in a hot setting (105 degrees) to upbeat music. This class is perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.



 

Hot Fusion - 105°

Heated Ashtanga Inspired Yoga - 100°

Vigorous flow connecting asana and pranayama where the teacher adjusts and facilitates an improv practice based on the Ashtanga series. Room is heated to 100 degrees with 40 - 50 % humidity.

Hot Power Yoga:

Join us for an energizing Power Yoga Flow. This Vinyasa based class is designed to help  build strength, flexibility, and endurance. This dynamic, fun class links breath with movement, offering a vigorous, full-body workout. If you are looking to take your practice to another level this is the class for you. Props and modifications will be offered some yoga experience recommended. Room is heated to 97

Restorative - 78°

An incredibly restorative, meditative practice. Hold each pose for 5-10 minutes at a time to open connective tissues and fascia. Accessible and beneficial for all ages and abilities.

60 minute traditional guided sequence of the 26 Hatha postures & 2 breathing exercises, focusing on the beginner. A moving meditation beneficial to flexibility, balance, strength and calming of the mind. The room is heated by infrared heat panels and humidification systems to increase the detoxification effect and make the postures more accessible.

Beginner’s Hot Yoga - 85°

A 60-minute traditional guided sequence of 26 Hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises, designed for beginners. This moving meditation improves flexibility, balance, strength, and mental calm. The room is heated with infrared panels and humidified to enhance detoxification and make the postures more accessible.
 

Heated to 95°F with 30–40% humidity.
