What is Inferno Hot Pilates?
Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is an intense, low‑impact, full‑body workout based on classical Pilates principles, created by Gustavo Padron. Practiced on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95°F with 40% humidity, this 60‑minute class strengthens muscles, builds core stability, and improves flexibility — all without the impact of jumping or running.
Unlike reformer Pilates, which uses spring‑loaded machines, IHP uses your bodyweight in the heat to deliver an equally challenging workout. The heat increases circulation, helps muscles work deeper, and produces a meaningful sweat that leaves you feeling detoxified and accomplished. Amalaya is the only place in Lake Havasu City offering Inferno Hot Pilates classes, taught by our team of four IHP‑certified instructors.
